My Annual Income for the F.Y 2014-15, is Rs 8.5 Lac, wheather i should apply for service tax registration No.

No only when it crosses 9 lacs you have to apply.

Agree with exeprt but Rs 9 Lakh limit is not annual income. It is aggregate value of Taxable Services provided. So if Aggregate value of taxable service provided crosses Rs 9 Lakh then you need to take Service Tax Registration and once it crosses RS 10 lakh you are required to charge Service Tax in your Invoice and pay Service Tax to department.
