Annual filing of pvt company for fy 2013-14

Pls clarify the following wrt Annual Filing for Pvt. Company with less than prescribed share capital limit:
1.Form for filing BS & PLA. Whether the present uploaded 23AC will be used or new form. If same old form to be used than what about the Form 66 details because as per new act 2013, compliance certificate done away instead AR to be signed by PCS. Again, MGT -9 to attach with Board Report.
2. For filing Annual Return whether Form 20B presently uploaded will be used or new form will be uploaded
Pls revert soon.

As per MCA General Circular No. 8/2014 dated April 04, 2014, there is no need to follow Annual filing related provisions of Companies Act, 2013 for the annual filing related to financial year 2013-14. However Notice of AGM will be prepared in accordance with section 101 and 102 of the Companies Act, 2013
Hence, for annual filing related to FY 2013-14, old E-forms like 23AC, 23ACA and 20B will be used. These e-forms are still available on ROC site.

That means we need to get Compliance Certificate for FY 2013-14 as SRN of form 66 is to be filled in 23AC. Pls confirm
That means signing of AR by PCS will apply for events of 2013-14(in the FY 2014-15)
will all types of companies (Pub/Pvt) will be using the same old E-forms- 23AC,ACA,20B
