19 November 2012 While filling 23AC and 23ACA Attached only Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Accounts ,
forgot to attach Annual Report !!

Actually i filed the return, now i want to resolve the issue, Actually there is no provision to revise what i believe !!

Will i get any notice ??
How can the Problem be Solved

For 23ACA only Profit and Loss Account is required.

In Form-23AC, if you have attached Balance Sheet , Auditor Repoert and Director Report, then it will be sufficient.

Not now, but ROC can issue notice under section 234 of the Companies Act, in coming future.
