only one ground in appeal is to be applied in amensty scheme.
so how to withdraw gst 1st appeal , but only on that ground? i.e. part of appeal?
my view->withdrawal form is GST APL-01/03 W, but how to withdraw only part of the grounds? only 1st ground of appeal to be witdrawan.

1) Use GST APL-01W / APL-03W for Withdrawal
GST APL-01W (for first appeal withdrawal) or GST APL-03W (if at the second appeal stage) is the prescribed form for withdrawal.
However, GST law does not explicitly allow partial withdrawal of an appeal.
2) File a Written Request with the Appellate Authority
Since partial withdrawal is not explicitly provided for, you need to file a separate written application to the appellate authority.
The request should clearly state that only the first ground of appeal is being withdrawn under the amnesty scheme, and the remaining grounds will continue.
