10 May 2010 In every finance budget there many changes made in IT act.Most of theme are applicable from ensuing FY only.But there are certain amendments which becomse effective from 1st June of ensuing FY.
Why this is so?
Why they are not applicable from 1st April only?

10 May 2010 My view,Some of the amendments, the actions need to be taken by Government side also .which is issuing suitable circular,notifications,instructions and some times offical forms and other particular required to be issue for that Govt need some time
