What the step for incorporating bank open and operation clause in the MOA of a Private limited company.

Hi
I think there is no need to change of MOA unless you started a new business of Banking Services.
For opening and operation of bank a/c you just pass a resolution for the same and send the copy of resolution to bank for opening.
