When will be d amendment in law and tax happens???...

tax laws are generally amended through annual finance act...laws can be amended as and when parliament amends them...with regards to their applicability to CA exams, ICAI normally issues notification as to what amendments will covered (for major amendments such as new company act)...for minor amendments normally anything amended 6 monthe before exams is covered.
