if i have forgotten my income tax password,otherthan e-filing poertal which alternative site is available to upload return..where i can change my password by uploading my return??

dear sir,
i have filed mannually return for the assessment year 2015-14,but i forgot to consider tds in that return... so can i revised that return online??or els i can't do so...and i have to file return offline ??
