Alteration moa and aoa

My company is private incorporate under 1956 act now it's alter MoA and AOA now the comapny need to change entire MOA and AOA as per new comapnies ACt 2013.

Now a private company can have 200 members but your AOA suggests an old limit. So it is better to amend now.
