20 March 2014 whether late filing fee on service tax/TDS can claim allowable expense and also provide the treatment of interest on late payment?

20 March 2014 No it is not an allowable expense, it is not treated as business expenses hence will be disallowed...

20 March 2014 Same as described above, it is not business expense. hence fully disallowed..
