Dear Sir,
A new entrant as a shareholder in a Pvt Ltd Co.has to be intimated to ROC.If yes, in how many days and in which Form and for that matter any resolution special or ordinary has to be passed.

The company has to e-file form -2 for allotment of shares with in 30 days of allotment.
