Air Travel Passage Booking Agent

09 June 2010 A travel agent, who alongwith booking the tickets, charges a commission(separately mentioned in the invoice) is liable to TDS u/s 194 C.
Is the statement right ro wrong.
If it is right, on what amount should we deduct TDS?
Any sections, case laws?
