Dear all,
what is the order in company law procedure, is the company to hold agm and adopt the accounts and then the auditor to sign the financials. what is the time required for giving notice and holding AGM. can the date of agm for adoption of accounts and signing by the auditors of the accounts be on the same day.

Sir,
there is time gap of 6 months between closing of financial year and date of AGM, between this, accounts are audited by Auditor then given to Board for signing then auditor sign the report and then In AGM Accounts are adopted. Yes date of agm for adoption of accounts and signing by the auditors of the accounts can very well be on the same day. There is no problem. Truly speaking it is what happened in practice.
