Aggregate turnover for conducting gst audit

Dear All,
If we have reported zero sales during April 2017 to June 2017 and during GST period (Jul 17 to Mar 18) our sales are Rs. 41 lakhs approx. But in books Pre-GST period sales are Rs. 1.62 Crore.
In this case did GST audit is applicable?

As per the press release dated July 3, GST audit is applicable only if turnover during July 17 to march 2018 exceeds Rs 2 crore.

Thank you Sir for your prompt reply.
Please guide me in this matter, whether we have to take full 12 months i.e April 2017 to March 2018 turnover or only July 2017 to March 2018 for the purpose of conducting GST audit. As I have read the below mentioned link. Please check it out.

As per press release dt 03-July-2019 read point (i)-Turnover for eligibility of filing of reconciliation statement is taken from JULY-2017 To MARCH-2018. request to ignore other site and rely on government notification.
