23 October 2007 At present HR are getting good compensation and having huge demand but should have wide knowledge of the field. You may enter as soon as possible in the corporate sector.

I have a suggestion too, IT-HR has very less people with such a good degree, why do not you try to get in some IT Ogranisation and play a role of Functional person who knows the processes
