i m ca in govt job earning salary of Rs 37k pm . my age is 37 years .i want to start my own practice.pls advise should i quit the job and start practice.

as a CA earning 37k is not a big thing,
if you dont want to take any risk you can continue the current empoyment
or
ifyou have the capability to manage the firm individually you can practice or want to minimise the risk better join as partner from who is already into a practice as associates
