Dear Sir
Our Company is going to be de-listed from ASEL and VSEL. Hence we have adverised in one English Daily and One Gujarati daily news paper. Now the Stock Exchange Officer says its also mandatory to advertise in Hindi Newspaper. Although we are ready advertise it it, THE DATES OF BOTH THE ADERTISEMENTS ARE DIFFERENT . HOWEER IT DOR\ES NOT EXCEEDS THE 10 DAYS. WILL IT SUFFICE?
OR WE NEED TO ADVERTISE AGAIN IN ALL THREE NEWS PAPERS?

Advertisement in the newspaper is required to be made one in regional language and one in English circulating in the district.

YES EARLIER WE HAVE DONE THE SAME AS YOU INSTRUCT RIGHT NOW.
But when i went to file documents and papers at STOCK EXCHANGE, they reject due to not having advertised in HINDI newspapers.
Why should he reject it??

ofcourse why you will publish in an additional language, it will increase your cost you can ask them.
However, let me tell u, generally they dont heed and as such, we have to get our work done we have to comply as they are demand.
