Dear Sir,
One of the partnership firm paid advance tax 4 times in previous year having tax audit u/s 44AB starting from 15/06/2010 which is in real applicable for Company Assesee. Is there any problem arise during assessment of the file by the Assessing Officer about the matter of advance tax

No problem arise in assessment. you have paid the advance tax correctly, but started first quarter itself so it is ok.
