29 August 2011 Dear Sir,
One of the partnership firm paid advance tax 4 times in previous year having tax audit u/s 44AB starting from 15/06/2010 which is in real applicable for Company Assesee. Is there any problem arise during assessment of the file by the Assessing Officer about the matter of advance tax
