Advance FBT refund

As the annual budget has came after June 09,what about the advance FBT installment paid by companies for june quarter.Is anybody knows the procedure to get back the advance FBT as a refund or can we adjust it against C.Y. income tax payable.Plz reply

There is no such guidlines issues by cbdt till date....More probably it should be adjusted with your Income tax i.e self assessment tax......till wait
