18 February 2013 A company AB Ltd has 2 director A & B. B is retiring from the company and C is admitting. My quesry is
1. Can one Form 32 be filed for both the events?
2.Can one resolution be passed for both the events and
3. In case of 2 resolution what would be the date of resolution put in Form 32 Verification II column, date of admission or Cessation resolution?

1. One Form-32 will be required to be filed for both the event,if the date of event is same.
2. Pass Two resolution for the appointment and resignation.

3. In that case, firstly appoint Mr. C and then you resigned Mr. B.
4. The Form-32 will be signed by Mr. A.
