29 December 2010 Diff. between bill, invoice and cash memo when these are issued to customer by a seller. and what is relevant from customer and accounting point of view? On what basis the final figure/bill amt can be made. Pls advice.

30 December 2010 Bill & Invoice is the same type of documents. cash memo may issued for cash receipt for sales or cash sale. but accounting liability creation pointm invoice or bill is important. cash memo can be used for payment purpose
