11 November 2016 Dear Sirs,
we want to enhance the gross Profit and Net Profit from 8% and 3% which we are fallowing for the past 5 years. Now we want to enhance the G.P AND N.P TO 16% AND 10%. The sudden enhancement to this extent will create any problems in the future by the department.Kindly advise.

11 November 2016 As far as my knowledge of accounts goes, dreaming about enhancement in G/P and N/P does not enhance the same. One needs to put in lot of cost cutting efforts, process efficiency measures, use of line of balancing techniques and so on.
And if you are talking about a mere PAPER adjustment, be ready to answer the questions as to why it was 8%/3% in earlier years.
