Iam Trainee (HR Division)in Pvt Limited Company.
1. I Want to Know How to Process Company TDS Retuns and Issue Forms of Form 16, 16A to Our Marketing Advisors and Employees.
2. How to File Personal Income Tax Returns Income From Salary & other Remunarations.
Please Guide me Income Tax Procedure.

TDS & form 16
Deduct TDS of the employes who are obliged to pay as per their salary structure and details of other inocme and deductions.
in case of other parties like for Rent, Contractor etc deduct TDs if limits are crossed. for this purpose u can refer the TDS rates chart you can get on caclubindia itself.
pay the deducted TDS amount on 7th of each month via website https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp.
you need a software to file quarterly TDS returns. fill the details in teh software generate xml file and form 27A and deposit it in a CD.
you can generate form 16/16A from that software itself.
Summary
DEduct TDS carefully(as per limits)
Depoist TDS (before 7th of each month)
TDS Returns 15th of each quarter
issue form 16/16A
