About stop of articalship

I have completed 6 months articalship in this month aug 2012 ,now i want stop it for some problems. so tell me how much time i can stop the articalship.i want to restart it after some times (1to 2 years) again so is it possible or not according to ICAI rules ????? plz tell me........it's urgent

In CA Regulation,1988 no time limit is defined between discontinue and joining of articleship. But i will suggest you that time is more valuable for CA students specially for students doing article ship.So join articleship as soon as possible before wasting of time.
