Respected experts,
please give me clear idea about new service tax rate effective date? of 14% & how it will be present in our invoice ,For example if my total taxable value is 100.
and how we will calculate of 2% swachchh bharat cess in our service tax invoice???
please answer with calculation by assumed any amount!

2 % swach bharat cess is not been notified yet dear
so til than just use 14 % flat rate as
service amount 100
tax (14%) 14
Total 114
so til than just use 14 % flat rate as
service amount 100
tax (14%) 14

Revised Service Tax Rate of 14% will be applicable from 01.06.2015. There is no breakup of 14%. Swachh Bharat Cess of 2% not applicable as of now. Refer Notification No 14/2015 Dated 19.05.2015 and department clarification from link given below, which is self explanatory:
