Hi.what is better ipcc(through cpt) or ipcc (direct entry) and what is diff.betbeen ipcc and ipce

For student passed 10+2 is better to opt IPCE through CPT and student who is graduate in commerce with 55% or 60% for non commerce can take the benefit of Direct Entry Scheme.
If you covered under any of them you can opt any one.
