i am going to presue cs...if i send form no.112 to icai...how will icai give its decision about it..it will send me a letter or what???

yes it will intimate u whether they have permitted you or not in a letter.

Once you send form 112 you will get a letter from ICAI which will confirms whether permission granted or not
