about filing DIN 4 for PAN registration

23 May 2011 Dear Experts,
I have filed DIN 1 for all the directors of the co. in the year 2009 & the same has been approved with which I have filed PAN Card copy as for director's identity.
Now my qurey is whether as per the new regulations, whether DIN 4 for registration of PAN is to be made or not.

24 May 2011 Filing of DIN4 e-form not required as PAN was submitted earlier.
