An individual is an Director in all 15 companies.How much remuneration can he hold including all 15 companies.and under which section ?

ACCORDING TO SECTION 197 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2013, READ WITH SCHEDULE V , AN INDIVIDUAL DIRECTOR CAN HOLD THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF REMUNERATION IN AGREGATE.
FOR EXAMPLE : IF MR. X AS A DIRECTOR DRAWS REMUNERATION OF RS. 15 LAKH, WHICH IS HIGHEST REMUNERATION IN COMPARISON TO ALL THE COMPANY, THEN MAXIMUM REMUNERATION HE CAN DRAW SHALL NOT EXCEED 15 LAKH OF AGREGATE OF ALL 15 COMPANIES
