07 February 2011 In my view Study materials are very good and more than enough.
For Tax you can buy Bangar's Book.
Also follow guideline answers provided by the institute.

07 February 2011 According to me ICSI study material and guideline answers is more then enough.
you can refer Bangar's book for direct tax as well as indirect tax.
