dear experts
i am completed ipcc(gr-1) in may 2013.i started my article ship in October but up to 31-10-2013 i had not done franking on form 102 and not registered article ship.can do franking now and register article ship? if yes, when i will be eligible to write final examination?
please help me in this regard

kindly get 102 franked immediately and submit 103 with ICAI to become eligible for May 16 attempt. You were anyways not eligible for November 15 attempt.

You need to pay condonation fees to icai for late filling of form 103.
