Section 25 Company wants to get register under section 80 G of IT.
Question : Is registration u/s 12A of IT a pre condition for getting registered u/s 80G.

Only if the institution / trust follows the registration U/s. 12A, they only they will get the tax exemption certificate, which is popularly known as 80G certificate.
