If Sole holder of 80c FDs passed way
so what will be next process for the nominee of that FD???
is there any deduction in amout?
for example
10000 80c FD for 5 years on 1-6-2013
death date of sole holder 30-12-2013
then what will happened of FD???

nothing happens in case of death...premature withdrawal is allowed in such cases and is included in the estate of the departed soul.
