80 g renewal license of the allowed deduction

13 January 2011 Dear Sir
I am the student of CA IPCC want to know that what is amendment in Finance Act 2007 in relation to Renewal of License under section 80G. Because as per finance act2009 License will deemed to be renewed automatically if expiry periodof licensecomes after 30.9.2009 and License get renewed for perpetuity period.
My querry is what is the amendment in the finance act2007 about the same issue.

13 January 2011 The amendment is by virtue of the omission of the proviso to section 80G(5) (vi) by the Finance( No.2 )Act,2009 w.e.f 01/10/2009.
