Facts :- 1) education loan taken by father(loan account of father) for higher education of son.
2) father is not claiming deduction u/s 80 e in his itr 1
3) son is repaying education loan
Can son claim in his ITR 1 deduction u/s 80 E for loan repaid

Son is not eligible, because he has not taken loan.
