Kindly help me in this matter i am confused about that can i take setoff of 5%CST against Local Sale.

The credit of CST is never ever available. I will explain u with an example
G of Gujarat purchases goods from R of Rajasthan paying 5% CST which is deposited in Rajasthan VAT department. VAT payable on local sale by G has to be deposited in Gujarat VAT department. So, the credit of CST paid on purchase from Rajasthan is not at all available.
