Dear Sir,
In fy 2018-19 turnover was 1.5 crore and asseessee had audit . and in fy 2019-20 turnover is only 20 lacs.
Whether assessee can opt 44AD in fy 2019-20 ?

In case he opted out of 44AD last year he can't opt it now.

Tax audit not applicable in such a case but 44AD can't be opted.
