Dear Sirs
in our case we have collected service tax but not paid within the due dates u/s 139. but it is shown as liability under balance sheet and there is no decuction in p& l for such service tax. whether it is to be disallowed in the computation

Unless it is routed through profit and loss account disallowance under section 43B doesn't arise.
