hello experts
my query is can I file a nil income tax return for AY 12-13 in AY 14-15.
Means simply my query is, is it possible to file 3 year return (nil and mannual) in a assessment year.

You can not file return of AY 2012-13 as the same is time barred. You can file belated return for AY 2013-14 and AY 2014-15.
