When to Issue 3CA form??????& Whwn to issue 3CB Form??

Pl read section 44AB of Income Tax Act 1961.

Form 3CA is for corporate assessee's.
Form 3CB is for non corporate assessee's.
Both the forms are issued by practising Chartered Accountants.

in case of audit made , form 3CA/3CB is issued by practising Chartered Accountants.

ok but in case where we are filing a 3CA/3Cb of our principal will he be liable for 3CA Or 3CB????(According to me He will be liable for 3CB)
