When a property costing ₹60 lakh is purchased by three buyers with equal (33.33%) share, each buyer must file a separate Form 26QB showing only ₹20 lakh as consideration and deduct 1% TDS (₹20,000). Under no circumstances should the full ₹60 lakh be shown in each buyer’s Form 26QB.
