yes it will be considered as a company...i believe all the banks are now incorporated as companies only..check the PAN of the bank to verify its entity status. 4th digit of PAN is the identifier...for a company it is C.
24Q will be prepared in teh same manner as it is perpared for any other entity. collate the salary details of all the employees and TDS deducted for the month and then fill the annexure I sheet...ask the accounts department to provide you the challan details for challan sheet.
