what to do if we received 15G from party for non deduction of TDs
if it is shown in TDS Return then Where to Show

Value should be "A" if 'lower deduction' or 'No deduction' is on account of a certificate under section 197
and "B" if 'no deduction' is on account of declaration under section 197A
You need to mention A or B in in annexure of TDS returns.

My CA Told that we have to submit to the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax on or before 30/04/09 is it true
