15 monts training of cs

01 January 2011 I had made registration for cs programme in the month of Feb. 2008.
Now i want to know Wheather it is compulsory for me to do the EDP training before registration for 15 months training? or i can do EDP training while doing 15 months traing.
Because the changes are happened in Sep.2009.
