hi all . one of my clients filed his return 2 years back and claimed tuition fees under ch vi a . but he lost the tuition fees bill and he is not able to get the receipt also from school . now he has got intimation and in that they have not considered 80c . so i don't have tuition bill wit me to prove the issue . so how to help out my client .

Take a letter from the school regarding payment of Tuition fees, IT Department needs proof.
