The computers are purchased for office use and thereby will be termed as ‘office equipments treated as capital assets’. VAT Credit on ‘office equipment’ is available if such computers are purchased after September 7, 2006.

Even you have to mention those tin nos in your Quarterly/monthly returns.
It is Compulsory to take TIN No. to take Credit and also you have to show in your Every invoice and return also.
