04 December 2014 RESPECTED SIR/MADAM
AS PER ICAI INSTRUCTION PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED STUDENTS HAVING DISABILITY MORE THAN 50% DISABILITY ARE EXEMPT TO ATTEND GMCS CLASSES &PAY FOR SUCH CLASSES.
IF ANY PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED STUDENT WANTS TO ATTEND CLASS,CAN THEY DO SO,IF THEY OPT FOR ATTENDING CLASSES,WHETHER THEY HAVE TO PAY FEES FOR SUCH COURSE.I AM NOT ABLE TO FIND THE RESPONSE OF SUCH QUERY,PLEASE SORT OUT MY QUERY.

But why do you think you should NOT pay the fees?
Exemption is for NOT complying GMCS. It is NOT for the fees.
