what is the rate of derpreciation for Lorries purchased in August 2008 and used exclusively for business or profession whether they are eligible for higher depreciation @50%as per the residual entries under block 3 please clarify at the earliest

Eligible rate is 15% because 50 % is for those acquired on or after 1-4-2001 / 1.1.2009 and put to use before 1-4-2002 /1-4-2009.
