14 September 2010 I am student of CA as well as CS and I have completed my CA articleship. I have cleared CA PCC and CS Executive Programme.

Can I join CS 16 months practicle training ?

14 September 2010 if your ca articleship has been competed successfully along with necessary documentation than you may definitely join CS training.

Completion of 15 month CS training is must for ICSI membership.
