zero total income IT return filed through e filing?

unfortunately at the time of xml file generate time total income is zero by mistake. same file is upload to e filing and acknowledge no & return generate.
how to rectification the above belated return for fin year 2009 a.y. march 2009-10.can file 154 for rectification return.
the acknowledgement not sent to cpc till date.
we shall receive 143(2) notice?

14 July 2011 non filing of ITRV within 120 days of e filing means your return is not considered,

sec 143(2) may get initiated.

sec 154 can be filed only in case 143(1) is issued.

14 July 2011 to day we are sending itr V and we can filed to 154(1)

1) abvoe returns can mandatory scruity
2) give any solution to problem
